"I joined the gym in June this year. I also signed up with a personal trainer - Avi. I’ve lost 17KGs and still counting. I was first skeptical to sign up with a male trainer because I thought he’d struggle to help me reach my goal weight. But guess what? Avi is understanding, he’s patient, and really makes you feel the worth in what you pay for. I’m a new mom, and I love the transformation my body is making and continues to make. I train 3 times a week, an hour each session. Ohhhh how can I forget this... He didn’t put me on some strict diet, but I became disciplined and adapted to small portions and oh boy... I’ve started to l started to love cooking I’ve attached my before and after pictures.! Big ups to you Avi for always cheering me on and making me enjoy a workout even on mornings I literally drag myself to gym. It’s proven that you really love what you do!
