Saturday 5 November – Vitality Wellness day
Cost : R479.40 per person. Booking is essential.
Kindly head to the Jackal Creek Gym between 07h00 and 12h00 for your annual vitality fitness assessment hosted by Charne Badenhorst (Biokineticist). We will have a visiting nurse on site to check height, weight, glucose, cholesterol, and HIV testing. Results will be submitted directly to Discovery Vitality.
Vitality members can earn up to 30 000 points, depending on your results.
